Have a problem filling my tank...other than cost. Have to pump EXTREMELY slow. Tried to clean the vent from the hull side, but cannot get any object down there, assume there is an anti-siphon valve. Want to remove the vent from the tank, but am not sure which line is the vent. I can see the main fill line but the other 2 lines that are on the tank look identical....help.....!

Same problem with my 92 Excel. First time I think I wore more gas than I actually put in. I've seen some gas spill out through the vent hose, so I know it's clear, but no idea why it burps back.

Had same problem on my 90 Eclipse, found the factory had pinched the vent hose with a stringer during the build process. Luckily I was able to remove a small portion of the stringer thru the access cover in the floor, once cleared, tank takes 100s fine.
Hope this helps.

My 1998 welcraft eclipse 2000 ss has same issue.. dknute22..what are you saying you removed?? I was told that wrapping a rag around nozel when pumping may help keep pressure and push thru any buildup..worked a little better but created a molotov cocktail rag.

You guys know anything on how to fix the fuel gauge? Mine doesnt seem to read properly.
