I have a 79 mercury 115hp outboard and I seem to have a small gas leak in the water after I prime the fuel bulb and crank on the engine. There is no spilling out or anything, but a thin layer on top of the water. This only happens for the first time I get the boat out for the day. After that upon restarting the engine or driving around, there is no leak. I don't know if this could be overflow from priming the bulb or not.
