Gas Line Question...

I can't get gas to flow from the fuel line when I pump the ball. But, I can get gas from my second line (twin engines) when I pump the ball. I get gas from the tank to the filter (like an oil filter). Can a filter clog to point fuel won't pass thru????

Yes that's a possibility, Deanna is a name seldom heard but I was star stuck in the 50s by a young lady by that name.
