Today I was mixing some gas for my Nissan 15HP outboard. As I was measuring my oil I had 10oz of Quicksilver synthetic 2 cycle oil, but I needed 12oz to make my 50:1 mix. I accidentally grabbed a bottle of SAE 30 and added 2 more ounces to my measuring cup.... Will this cause any issues, or should I just mix it with my gas go fishing?

THANKS..!! I kind of recall my dad saying that they used 30 weight years ago, as it's all they had. Total brain fart and in a hurry, and I didn't read the bottle which is the same manufacturer as my other 2 cycle oil.

Stuff happens. If the oil mix-up was the other way with more 30W than TCW3, there might be reason for concern. Good luck, catch a bigun!
