I have a 78 evinrude 150hp outboard just curious what the gas oil mix should be

2.6 ounces of oil per gallon of gas

Which is 1 pint to 6 gallons and make certain you are using 2 stoke oil rated at TCW-III

In that case use the special 50:1-12 oil which is 1 pint to 6 gallons plus 1/2 pint to 3 gallons with the remaining 1/2 pint added to 3 more gallons. :laugh:

People have never said that the V-4 and V-6 motors were not thirsty!!!!
