Gasket Help

Another noob question. Working on a 1973 25 hp Evinrude 25302A and the seal on the lower unit is leaking really bad. Puddling up on the floor bad. I have checked this site and several others and they don't even show a part number so I guess the seal is obsolete. Is there a source out there for the part or a way to make it?

It is number 26 on all the parts sites...just no part number.

I kept searching and this is the part number I came up with... 309044 is that the right stuff. Hope so... I already ordered a few feet.

Spaghetti string gasket to seal the two halves of the foot on those engines, most shops and stores have lots of it laying around.

iBoats sells the Sierra complete lower unit seal kit for the motor for less than $20, in fact it is on their summer sale right now.

If it is the seal for the gear housing, believe it or not its called the spaghetti gasket/seal, and you can get it at NAPA, I just ordered the whole kit this morning
