I have a 1992 bass tracker.. when i turn my key all the way over to start the engine my gauges come on but as soon as the key goes into the run position the gauges quit working.. is something wired up wrong in my ignintion?.. is there anywhere that i can get a wiring diagram for this boat?.. i have a manual from Tracker but it does not have any kind of wiring diagrams or anything in it..
thanks

Need more info, what gauges are you talking about and do you mean they don't funtion at all or just the light doesn't come on.
With the info you gave I would lean towards the switch is bad.

Sounds like the gages are connected to the "S" post on the key switch, instead of the "Acc" or "Ign" whichever the case may be.

Those are my thoughts as well. The "S" (start) terminal is active only when the engine is being started. When you let go of the key (RUN position), the "S" terminal drops out and the ignition ("I" terminal) is active. The I terminal is the one that feeds +12V to all the gauges.
