Gauges - I need gauges, where to buy

I have a 89 sun tracker party barge and my tack reads 7K sitting on the trailer with the key out of the ignition. Where can I find a reasonable tach to purchase for the boat. I looked on ebay and alot are for 4,6,8 cycliders where as mine is a 3 cylinder 2 stroke. Also some advertise 20 pole or 12 pole, what is that and how do I know what I have?
