Gear Lube leaking at water intake when 50HP is tilted up for storage

I just replaced the input shaft seal (the only leak I could find on the lower unit) and noticed lube coming out of the intake when the motor is tilted back down after being up for storage. I guess the new seal is also leaking... or maybe just a very slow leak that accumulates over time. It can't be a perfect seal since it's just an oil seal (i.e. lip seal, rotary seal).

What can I do about this?

Do another pressure test and find the leak.
Drain the oil and submerge the whole lower
and add air somehow??
There's a few places the oil can come from.

Have you tried inspecting the gear shaft bellow? Mine did the same thing and notice a while was letting oil out and coming out of screw holes.
