gear lube omc 800!

I have been looking for hours now and couldnt find the right information am looking for, i want to put new gear oil in my omc sterndrive 800 but the information i looked for is no where i.. question is how much oz would fill it up and what kind do i put in? so many different kinds i have read so i dont really no which kind is the right kin.. thanks oh i have a 1979 cobalt with a ford 351 omc v8 liter 5.8 just want to put new fluids in there.

80W90 in upper, lower and intermediate. Any oil you want can go in the tilt clutch. I use 80W90 to keep it simple. Why not pick up a manual for your engine/drive if going to maintain it yourself?

I been looking for one everywhere eBay and iboats sight haven't found one that I think suits the year and boat I have

outboardbooks.com is the only source for OMC manuals -just put your model and year in and it will connect you to the original factory manual. New usually cheaper than eBay, but that site will get you the proper part number for your manual which you can plug into ebay etc. and see what shows.
