You should get a manual if you're thinking of replacing the seals. I would pressure test it first to be shure which seals are leaking (do not exceed around 15 psi). Most likely, the prop shaft seals are leaking, but I would be inclined to replace all soft parts (prop shaft seals, drive shaft and shift rod seals and all O-rings. Retest after assembly. If the motor has been in saltwater, you will have some fun getting the bearing carrier out to replace the prop shaft seals. Be careful with the seal orientation ... the prop shaft seals are installed back to back, but with the spring on opposite sides (one seals against pressure and the other vacuum.<br />Jim
