hi all,,,,,i have a 25 horse mercury boat motor,,,,,,,it wont stay in forward gear,,,,,,,they tell me the gears r shot,,,,,,,750.00 to fix,,,,,,,,,,,,does anyone have a diagram of this,,,,,,,,im a car mechanic,,i think i can do this my self,,,,please send any info to cham1954@pcpartner.net ty

Sound like the clutch dog is jumping gear, not a had hard fix, did you take it to bend over marine, must have with a price like that. Get a manual and do it yourself--Bob
