Gelcoat repair??

Hey guys im in the proscess of freshining my boat up for the season and im in the process of reupholstering the interior. While doing that i noticed how great it would look if i brightened up the gel coat on the inside, There are currently several cracks and holes in the gel coat i would like to repair so what should i use to redo all the white gel coat on the interior and what should i get to make it non slip.

thanks man ill follow that to the tee you have any idea how much white gelcoat i should take to completely do my deck?

The complete deck will take about a gallon.
