A buddy just got a skiff with Gen II drive he tells me.I have serviced my alpha one drives for a long time and offered to help him.Is the removal of the drive the same procedure?? Charlie

As bondo mentioned same to remove as a gen one drive only diff is disconnecting the speedometer tube by the shift lever. There is a little white or grey button to push in and release the tube end from fitting on drive
