I just bought a 1990 maxum with a 454 Mercruiser 7.4 V8 Bravo 2 2755 cruiser. It has a generator in the engine compartment that does not work, does anyone know what kind it might be and where i can get a service manual for it. Thanks
It's not common for a 27' boat to come with a generator, so that means it's probably one installed by a previous owner. Absolutely no way of telling what they put in there with out some names, numbers, and pictures.
K I get the picture....i am offshore working was just hoping they put a certain type in that particular boat so I could read up on it. I will check it out when I get in and see what i got, maybe some pic's, then maybe you all can help me figure out why its not working...
