Genmar First Mate system drains battery

There is a Genmar First Mate system installed on my Wellcraft Coastal 2900. Is it normal for this system to draw upwards of 250 milliamps? On several occasions, I show up at the marina only to find a dead battery... very frustrating!!

I learned thet First Mate was replaced by Sea Talk and that 200 milliamps is normal draw .... my bad.

I unpluged mine due to that reason.
