I wish they could get the water that we have been having. Since august the amount of water that has fallen (incuding snow/ice) would fill all those lakes.

I sure hope it stops in 5 weeks when launch time comes. One year we had to wait for the water to receed. The lake is now up over the ramp and parking lots, thats about 6' to 8'. The forcast is calling for 6" to 12" by saturday evening. That means even more water..........

My Lake is at level now and will be a foot high by Sunday. When our lakes go over the ramps they close the Lake and I can't even leave the boat house for fear of being fined

I don't have any numbers handy but West Point Lake has come way up from where it was. They've reopened the boat ramp closest to my house. The courtesy dock was sitting in the clay and now it's afloat. It's still not "full" but appears to be very usable to me. We've been blessed with a lot of rain lately.

If you guys have any extra, you could sure send it our way...NW KS, SW Nebraska and eastern Colorado has been bad for about 13 years. We were at a peak in '95 and it's been down-hill since. In the last couple of years, some of our SW Nebraska lakes have gained a few feet, but most I use are still 20-30ft low.:(
