Hello Everyone
Summertime is here and its now time to play, ride, and meet some new boating friends. Lets plan a get together in Somersett Ma. I went to two get togethers last year and everyone had sooo much fun. Couple reasons I picked Narragansett Bay and Somersett.
1. Somersett has a great ramps and docks, Lots of parking that is patrolled by PD to keep our trucks and trailers secure. It is about 10- 15 minutes off Interstate 195.
2. Public bathrooms open on the weekends.
3. Battle Ship Cove is fun for kids to see the ships up close.
4. We would have all sizes of boats joining in and Mt Hope Bay is well sheltered to keep waves down.
I was thinking dropping the hook in pirates cove where its well protected from wind and waves. Good swimming and little island to take your dog for a walk when nature calls.
Give a shout out if interested. Lets make it a Sunday. Unsure of the date because I need to look at tides for us that trailer larger boats.
