It's simple physics . . . your rollers are OK. Your trailer doesn't look any different than most . . .
A new gear reducing winch should do the trick!
As a last resort if that doesn't make it as easy as you would like it, without going to an electric winch . . .
There are pads that I saw on a few online sites that go over your current carpeted bunks which would make the boat slide on even easier.

My only concern with these pads is they might make your boat too slippery like when you forget to put the transoms ties on and whip around a corner a little too hard . . .
I'd go with the new crank first, since the one you have now is probably old.
