Trying to nail down which water pump kit I need. Thought I had it, but on further review...
Need kit for '75 70HP Evinrude 3 cylinder/3 carb engine. Confusing part is this large case, small case, loop-charged designation in many of the descriptions. I don't think I have any of these, and so can't find correct part number.
Also, as a part of this resto I'm trying to replace the throttle cable. Got control cover off with impact driver, but can't seem to get the trunnion off the end of the cable. See picture. I removed very small allen set screw from inside the end, but still can't get it to come off. What's the secret to these little buggers?
