getting glass clean

working on cleaning the glass for the Rogue.... 31 years of crud in the crevice between the taylor made glazing and the glass left its mark. not to mention UV leaving water-spots.

so far I have used a few razor blades, some 3M scotchbrite pads, vinegar and glass cleanr

now thinking I need to get out the glass polish, 7" bonnet and some elbow grease

anyone have a recommended glass polish. its been 35 years since I needed to polish glass

I've had really good luck using Bakling soda and Amonia.

Ever tried toothpaste?
May sound strange but works well

I am leaning more toward Griots Garage glass polish https://www.amazon.com/Griots-Garag...8&qid=1539944267&sr=8-3&keywords=glass+polish

toothpaste has too many other binders. its the baking soda in the tooth past that acts as a fine abrasive its fine for a small area. however not for the 40 square feet of glass I have to polish

For glass (windshield type) and not fiberglass. Cerium oxide and the buffer wheel. They sell them as scratch removal kits.
