Getting ready for link & sink. (1995 Model J150EXEOM sn G03788662) OEM manual indicates a meter or special tool is required. Is this true? (OIS system)
Ignition Analyzer P/N OMC 434017 was the OMC description.
Apparently it has a light that illuminates when things are aligned as it connects to the timing sensor.
Can I make my own?
My real problem is I was removing the carbs for re-build and I inadvertantly (ok stupidly) loosened the spark lever screw.... I assume I now need to do a full link & sync?
