Really want to go see the Packers/Lions on New Years day.
Can't seem to pull the trigger on tickets.
Hard to decide, another boat, or a pair of tickets?

Cheap seats are $200.
Decent seats are $250.
Really nice seats are $335 - $700.
There's always the ebay, never a sure thing on winning or the price.

Found a pair 37 yd line row 58 for $258 each.

Now a guy offers me 2 on the 30 yd line, 35 rows up, for $220 a piece.

What do you think? Be there, or watch it on tv?

Well....... you are paying for the atmosphere and the crowds.

That is a tough decision ............ If I was in the position....... I would go just for the experience........... the TV is always available.

Go ahead and BE THERE!!! No one knows what our future position will be.

Scratch that itch!! :D

I've always found it difficult to keep track of what's going on in the game when I'm at the stadium. So if you want to be able to follow the game and see what's going on, stay home and watch it on TV.

On the other hand, nothing beats the excitement, the experience and the atmosphere of actually being there in the crowd.

I say go. Last game of the season, hopefully going for 16-0. The atmosphere should just be electric.

Also a good chance to test out any new foul weather gear before the really bad stuff gets here.

Do you want to see the Packer's second team lose to the Lions in the comfort of your living room or while freezing your hinderparts, trying to see over the cheesehead in front of you?

You KNOW the Packers are going to go into "Self-preservation mode" for the run-up to the playoffs. There will be nothing left for them to play for, #1 seed already decided. HMMMM. What to do????

Hmmmmm, Also have an option for row 2 seats in the upper circle, so only 1 row of people in front of us - as a windbreak - :D

No self preservation mode in Green Bay, we forbid it !

Could be Woodson and Driver's last game, and they need to keep the momentum up, and the game plan consistent.

Haven't been to a game in 9 years, and haven't had any real fun in over 5 years. Oh that's depressing.

I think I need this.

We will see you there! My son and I will be in the warmth in our club seats. The only way to go. Still get to see all the action live plus side line stuff you do not see on TV. You will love it. There is no bad seat in Lambeau and no better place to watch football in the USA. You will be seeing history being made. They should beat KC, now the Bears without a QB and a drug dealing Hurd... should be another one. The only one I am worried about is the Lions. BUT... they will be coming outdoors to play and that will play into the game big time. Then on to the playoffs with probably the Niners and Saints. Then the big one. I have talked to a couple of the guys and they are confident, but not cocky. They have this attitude of one game at a time and then to the big one.

Yeah, I'll get right on that. :D

Now, who do I take with me....

hot chick from work? I'd never see the game, I'd be staring at her all day, and probably drive off the road on the way there.

nephew? Doubt his wife will let him go.

fishing buddy? He still owes me 300 for bailing him out.

Sat inside once, would rather be outside, unless it is raining.
The other 3 games I sat 20-35 yd line, north end, west side.

I also had a chance at 35 yd line, 45 rows up, same price. They might have been a better choice.

But as you said, no bad seat at Lambeau.
