I was looking on outboardbooks.com to find a service manual for this 1988 50hp Evinrude VRO Ser. # E50BECCS 1988 and here is what I am getting when I search:

50 1988 E50TELCC EM OUTBOARDS
50 1988 E50TLCC EM OUTBOARDS
50 1988 J50TELCC JM OUTBOARDS
50 1988 J50TLCC JM OUTBOARDS

Which one is the right manual?????
Also do I need some form of prop wheel to do the sync and link and where can I find a tachometer. Do I use a standard marine tach that I purchase from BPS?
