Gilbal & U-Joints grease

This guy at work tells me he uses LUBRIMATIC Marine Trailer bearing grease on his gilbal bearing & U-joints for years with no problems?good or bad ideal.

It will work, but Merc has stuff designed specifically for that.....
It' called "Gimbal bearing and u joint grease".....​
