Gimbal Ring Pivot Bearing/Seal - New vs Old

When I look up the parts for the gimbal ring to replace the bearing at the bottom, I come up with this list:

BEARING, GIMBAL RING (OLD DESIGN) (#31-32538)

SEAL, Oil, GIMBAL RING (OLD DESIGN) (#26-32541) Qty Required For Repair: 2

SPACER, GIMBAL RING (OLD DESIGN) (#23-39273)

BEARING, GIMBAL RING (NYLON) (NEW DESIGN) (#23-847638)

Does anybody know what's up with the new versus old? Does the new replace the three parts shown as old? Alpha One MR s/n 6908762.

the new style "bushing" replaces the old style needle bearing and seal

Thanks, does it also replace the spacer? Which one would be better as it seems parts for both are available? Mine had the bearing..
