Glastron 69' reupholstering help

Hi, I just realized how expensive it is to have my boat reupholstered so I am going to do some of it myself. Could someone please tell me what the metal stripping is called on the outside edge of the side panels in my boat? Where can you buy such stripping? I have a picture of them, also, is there a place to get channel inserts for the channels?

It seems to me that this is the area of the forum that may need some expert advise since 35views and no answers. It is ok, I have found the solution. I have removed the existing Molding off of the panels, and I have decided to spraypaint them back to crome and recycle the parts, they are completely useable. Thank you all who have given it some thought. This thread is closed officially as of tonite.
