Glastron '74 Exhaust Manifold woes

I have a 302 Ford/Volvo Outdrive in my Glastron '74 194 Boat. It has a log style manifold with Glastron cast in it. There is a round gasket at the rear of the manifold plus one on each end. Any ideas where I can get these?

I have heard that the Volvo 270 outdrive really limits power. Should one put the exhaust through the transom?

Thanks,

Jim

I realize if I did I would have to use a riser manifold if I went through transom.

I went through a Volvo/glastron dealer. They checked with volvo and found Volvo only built the drive. No gaskets available.

The engine is a Glastron project. Manifolds have Glastron casting. One person said it is an Osco.

Ayuh,... Then I'd start there..

Center riser manifolds for a Ford, are a rare breed,+ you'll Pay for 'em,... Dearly...

I noticed that. Looks like at least $500 for a set and it looks like a Chinese knockoff at that. Any recommendations for a good brand?

I'm sorry, but something you can buy right out of the Sierra catalog(18-1998-1) is hardly rare, and they are the EXACT same price as small Chevy($244 retail) Ford small-block manifolds are not leaving anytime soon. And as Mallory has marine distributors for 'em, Holley and Edelbrock carbs, having a marine Ford small-block isn't any more difficult or expensive than a Chev, despite what the scabby old bigots might say here

I found out it was an Osco Manifold. Gaskets were available and most parts. I was impressed.

I decided not to go out through the transom. Too exhausting a solution;), pardon the pun.
