Is the trim tab moved slightly to the starboard? (Not what they're like on Volvos, but I'm assuming they're adjustable)

Yes

That's a trim tab for the drive. You'll want to note or mark where it currently is, but if it's happening more underway than when sitting at the dock it's possible that the tab needs to be moved a little to port.

If it's listing to starboard while the boat's sitting still ... or going slow ... then I may be barking up the wrong tree.

Pictures would be helpful too.

This did help, just have to tweak ir a bit more. Thank you very much. Is there anywhere u can find a throttle cable?

My Sylvan Sea Master has 2 batteries and my 250# butt on the starboard side, and 7 gallons of fuel on the port side. I tend to lean starboard wise.
