All this talk about global warming, I thought I would go out yesterday & do some first-hand investigating. Sorry about the poor quality, I only had my cell phone camera with me.<br /><br />

Were you at joe poole?<br />Its a bit awkward launching at lewisville at the moment, the water is very low :(

How did he taste jtx, hope the warden wasnt around. 3/4 lb? Gona have him mounted OK im out of smart axs remarks. You had fun and I didnt,<br />Im jealous and I admit it . Had to work, moving cattle to where thier was water. :eek: :D :D :D

Jtexas- those pics make me wish i still had my 3cyl looper. If the weather here stays the way it is.......might get some open water ;) , but tonight we are suposed to get some snow, so maybe not.

right, Joe Pool...it's down 4 or 5 feet, but two of the ramps at the state park are still functional.<br /><br />btw heycods it was about 13.5" which makes it a legal fish at Pool...I'll be eating that one.<br /><br />Interesting - I also caught a few white bass, in deep water (+ 30') but loaded with eggs.

with the weather were having thoes whites think its spring.
