Gluvit - Aluminum Boat

I am doing a quick cleanup and turn of a 14' 1972 Sea Nymph. It leaks slightly and I planned to use Gluvit to seal that before painting. Three questions:

1) Do you apply the Gluvit on the inside? Floor?

2) It is only leaking near the transom, again only slightly, almost a weep. With that noted, I guess I should seal everything below the water line. How much of this stuff do I need?

3) I want to paint the whole boat after. I was going to use some can sprayed primer and Rustoleum or something similar, again from a can. Is this plan compatible with the Gluvit?

Thanks

quart would be plenty, goes a long way. it's kinda oozzee, you want it to run into the seams, etc.
