It may or may not have VRO...my OMC commercial didn't have VRO when new but the domestic version came with VRO. Most commercial units have props pitched for power and not speed. You may have to buy another prop so figure that in the cost. They have low compression and run fine down to 67 octane. Very reliable motors.
