I have an old 16' Lund boat with a 55 hp motor. I put smart tabs on a while back and have since switched motors. I ran the new setup and then decided to see what it would be like without the smart tabs.
The handling was terrible. I almost just trailered up and put my tabs back in position. I really didn't think they would make that much of a difference with a vee like my boat but now that I have had em, I don't see how I put up with the boat before.
The smart tabs made such an improvement I can't believe it. I won't be flipping them up out of the way any time soon. Love em.
