My wife has been doing something I am pretty proud of..... when she is shopping and comes across a Thanksgiving Turkey on sale for about 47/pound she buys one for about $10 (usually a 20 lb bird). Not too many meat or poultry products that are usually that cheap per pound.

She then drives past the local mission and approaces the staff with this comment "I was told someone donated this Turkey to the Mission and someone needs to deliver it to the cook"........ well she has done this everyday for the past week. She hops back in her car and drives away feeling good.

I'm pretty proud of her!

Re: Good Karma Random acts of kindness

A number of years ago my mom started cooking a Turkey a year for the Feed the 500 organization Thanksgiving meal. Our family is up to four birds this year as we have joined in the tradition. It goes to show how a little from each can benefit many in need. I'm thankful to be in able to give.
