It was a great morning to be fishing off of Gloucester, Mass. today, calm winds, gentle seas and bright sunshine. Mac's were few and far between, had to buy some eels to get by the morning. Tried to jig a few extra mackerel while anchored with no success and decided to jig the bottom. That was a mistake, jigged my first Dog Fish with the mackerel rig. With four mac's and four eels we were able to boat a couple of nice stripers. The fish to the right weighed 30lbs. and to the left 28lbs Click the image
