Hey Galaxy,

Is there any visible damage to the current prop? Speed seems low for that setup. Are you getting your speed numbers using a GPS or a speedo?

I think that 23p would be too much pitch for your setup but 50 bucks is pretty cheap to try.

If I were in your shoes I'd try out a 19p 4 blade aluminium prop. The Solas Amita is a good inexpensive choice. The 4th blade will improve the hole shot and handling at all speeds.

Also the speedo's are notoriously inaccurate. It would be a good idea to try with the GPS and get some exact numbers so you can see how much your prop is slipping.

Is your drive an alpha one gen 1 with 1.47:1 gear ratio? I show your prop slip as pretty high at 31%.

I think you would do well with the 4-blade solas amita 19" pitch as a general use prop. If you want to go more high-end I'd recomend the 4-blade solas HR Titan 19" pitch.

You can order either prop right here form iboats and I believe you get free shipping if you are in the US.
