Good Stuff

I've been having corrosion issues on my party barge. The last two times out I've had to disconnect everything from the battery and scrape the posts and connectors to get enough contact to start the motor. Over the weekend I replaced the corroded connectors and sprayed the posts with this stuff http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3511774. It completely dissolved the corrosion. I wiped everything down really well then sprayed a thin film on the posts and connectors before reassembling. I'm very happy with the results so I thought I'd let everyone know. I'm sure there are other products that work as well or better, but I was really pleased with the cost and ease of use the Radio Shack stuff. Long way from the radio controlled cars Santa used to get from there when I was a pup.
