Hi, fate stepped in a few days back and dropped a '72 V156 in sore need of some TLC in my lap. The boat is pretty good...needs a center windshield/frame, a new glove-box door, and a paint job(the guy used indelible ink to write "FREE" in 18" letters on the hullsides!)...

however...

the trailer is a total loss from the tongue back. The tires have deflated, and it's so rusty it's collapsing in my yard.

The motor is the '72 Evinrude 65 triple with electric start and electric shift. The lower unit is off and completely disassembled. The motor spins and has good compression.

I'm looking for help with acquring a center windscreen, a glove-box door, and a lower-unit that doesn't have to be remanufactured. Anyone out there have donations?

I know that Frankies Marine in Grove OK has 4 or 5 V156's in their salvage yard. They have a website just do a search. I took the center section off our's but I don't want to get rid of it. It just seemed to be in the way for us.

Are you still in need of the center glass and frame? I have one that I took off of my 1977 T166. It's yours if you pay the shipping.
