Bought me a couple of tires with wheels for my 40 year old boat trailer. Cheap 'made in China', but my ramp is only 5 miles from my house. My old tires were made by Armstrong. Armstrong went out of business in the late 1980's. My old tires had a build date of 130 which means the 13 week of a decade ending with a 0 ( pre year 2000). The 0 means my tires could be for the years 1980, 1990, or 2000. I could be wrong and just wondering. Is there a decade code on the tire? The numbers I found on the old tires are 449958 CFE AB2 130, the 130 number is the build date. I'm thinking my old tires were built in 1990 and are 27 years old, just a guess
