Grounding straps

I am getting ready to put the outdrive back in but I have forgotten how the grounding straps go on. O know one each attaches to the end of the lift arms and I believe the clips fit on the feed tube . But I am stymied on where the bolt is to go a pic would be appreciated. The diagram someone posted does not help from the parts diagram

Figured out where the clips go but still trying to figure out how the strap attaches to the transom plate for a ground.

found a couple of pics on page 245-47 in the seloc manual.the factory manual was useless.

Wish I knew the Cobras, but I'm pretty much clueless on those drives.
