guess boat weight

I have a fiberglass 16.5'wellcraft airslot (bowrider)its a 1973 or 1974 model. Can anyone tell me its weight.

1700 lbs net weight + the motor weight. Per NADA

NADA or not, 1700# sounds very high for a boat of that size. My guess, for the boat alone, would be about 1300#. Of course, they were building boats a lot heavier that far back and it may be more. Best course would be to take it to a truck scale and weigh it.
