19 footer, i/o (out) closed bow. solid fiberglass.

from start to finish
deck off
floor, stringers, foam, transom,

one man, inexperienced, some times two, mostly one.

approx how many hours?

My boat is similar - 18-foot, fiberglass, outboard, closed bow. Completely gutted and replaced every stick of wood. Probably upwards of 100 hours actual work time, including a rebuild of the motor. Lots of nice little 1/2-hour and 1-hour jobs to do in the evenings, so it breaks up nicely.

i was thinking a hundred hours for hull/stringers/transom.

im just about to start this weekend. and wanted to know if im being realistic.

keep the projects small enough, that you can see the progress, or you may get discouraged.
