Re: GW Invader Bravo - any info?
Douglas- I owned a '93 GW Invader 200ES from '95 till '04 when I traded it in on my Fountain. There are times I wish I had it back- it was easy to drive, ran about 60mph with a 260 mercruiser, and gave me no problems. I traded it because I wanted a better ride on big lakes, and the Fountain certainly solved that problem. I miss the open bow and the ease of trailering the smaller boat. The company changed hands a few times over the years. I talked to the last owner around '96. The company was located somewhere near Indy, and closed around '98 I think. My boat had nice lines and seemed to be a solid build. I'd own another one if it fit my needs.
