Can ya' believe it???? Same company that I worked for, for near 40 years, ask's me to come back and do some chores for em' doin' the same job I did when I left and they wanted a resume......go figure. <br /><br />So I wrote them one.....told'm how dam good I was at the job I was doing when I retired......

I haven't had to fill out applications or provide resumes for the last 3 jobd I've held. I did have to provide resumes for 2 of those jobs, but it was long after being hired, and it was only for the quality control manuals.

yep, been there done that, just recently too. Always had people telling me you should keep your resume up-to-date and never really bothered. Spent ages on it and then re-read three of the applications which said "Only one sheet of A4 paper is allowed" <br /><br />I even started applying to the jobs that only said "No CV's will be accepted"

Well it's obvious since you left someone felt it was necessary to justify their job!! Got to love the rookies!!
