As yet another season comes to it's middle, I wish you all a happy mid-Season.

Hope you all are able to spend some quality time with your boats and families.

I have been swamped at work, people hitting rocks, boats hitting other boats, head problems, a complete rebuild of a 1960 launch, a new work boat, and a farmer's tan that belongs in the book of world records.

I raise my coffee mug in a toast to my new friends on this fine forum.

I have had a good one so far, Got a new to me boat after selling my other boat on a whim. Caught a bunch of fish so far and I lost a big-un :( . Other than that it's been a blast so for.

You got to at least sneak off a couple of days to "look for parts" or to "test drive a finished job" ;)

Thanks, as if I'm not home sick enough! (being a former South Floridian) :D.

Then again, no mosquitoes or no-see-ums! And, though its very hot boating now in the monsoon season, I'm hoping September, October and November will be great boating months. But I guess that's mid season for Lake Mead ;).

Same goes here in AZ !
Actually the winter water is better because there is so much less traffic.

What andy said :(

Between the crappy weather, motor troubles and being busy, I've had the boat out less than 1/2 dozen times this summer. Hoping for some good weather through late Sept. to make up for it!
