Hard starting after sitting for a few minutes

I have a 2021 Starcraft with a 200 HP Volvo Penta IO in it. It was a rental boat so it has 250 hours on it now. It starts immediately when cold and if you stop it after running for a while and then it will immediately restart. But if it sits for 10+ minutes, it then cranks for about 5 seconds (which seems like forever) before it will sputter to life. It runs great, but has this starting issue. Seems like it could be a leaking fuel injector or something like that but it is only a guess. I am not sure how to diagnose it and eventually fix the issue. I just dumped some seafoam into it, but I doubt that will help much. Any help troubleshooting would be very much appreciated.

Can you give us the actual model of the engine?
For instance, 4.3 GXI? (displacement plus the letters after)

Need to understand if we're dealing with a carb'd, throttle body injection or port injection situation.

Shoot, I know it is injected, but not sure the exact model. I will have to look next time I am with the boat. It is a 2021 package. From what I see on the penta site, all of the 200 hp packages are direct injection.
