Hello,<br /><br />I have 2002 Merc, 9.9 hp 2 strk. S/N 0T531840. I try to start and trying to test the choke.now the engine starts for a few seconds and quit, and no water coming out.<br />If bad water pump can cause hard starting?<br />what should i chk next?, Should I change water pump and try it agian?. How do i lower a LU after remove 3 bolts?. Can i get parts from iboats?<br /><br /> Any help will be appreciated.
