Have 2000 johnson 50 2 stroke 2 cylinder. Carbs are good, new fuel, getting fuel, new tank and lines,etc. etc. but it is hard to start when cold. Choke it with key, fast idle lever up, and same thing. can manually choke it with red lever on solenoid and seems to crank alittle better. Any suggestions or is it just one of the charasteristics of this motor. Runs great when cranked. Using vro fuel pump but vro part is disconnected. Mixing gas and oil.
