i don't yell, as that would alert her that i might be thinking about another boat...;) i just note the location for future reference

on the orig topic, it's true that traffic tends to be cyclic, esp on something like restoring old boats/cars/bikes/whatever. i'm just getting back to work on my SC after a 2 month hiatus (rebuilding 2 kickers, trip to Mexico, getting one 27 yr old bike going and streeting another dirt bike, etc etc). for a while, it was so hot and mosquitoes were so bad that working on it was misery.

Barato, glad to see you back on here. There was a brief shortage of poignant and witty responses there for a minute:D

Does anybody elses wife or GF think they are crazy because you have the need to yell out 'Old Starcraft' everytime you see one sitting in someones yard?

Me and my kids yell out "STARCRAF BOUT!!" and then we all applaud. ("Starcraf Bout" is a misspelling from a CL ad we came across this summer).

Oh - and I never really got into the whole super hero/comic book thing. Or video games - couldn't give a crap about video games.

I do have a thing for model rockets though: LINKY

Holy smokes, I love the name of your rocket buddy! That's good stuff right there!

I like to make stuff fly too, but, I usually just duck tape a whole wad of bottle rockets together. Surely nothing pro grade like you have going on there PR.

Nice man!

Re: Hardcore Starcraft

You guys want to here something funny....

So a couple of times a year I'll swing by this tractor forum when I need some help/advise or something. I stopped by there as I am now in the market for a new tractor. Nosing around, found a thread where a guy bought a new tractor and he post up something like...

"Hey guys, I bought a new tractor, goes great with my other one, looks great, runs great" bla, bla, bla. You know, that sort of stuff.

First reply up, guy says...

"Hey man, you know better than to come on here talking about your new fancy Ford tractor and not post pics!!!! Now don't come back till you do!"

Couple of other guys give him a good razzing too!

Felt like home away from home right there.

I guess there are tractor angry mobs too! Sweet!

Have a good Tues guys:D
