Harley parts on my Mercury?

1988 Mercury 25HP 2 Stroke<br /><br />I accidently broke a spark plug wire when I was removing them and none of the local marine dealers carry them in stock. <br /><br />While looking around online for some wires I came across some wires for a Harley that look about the right size. Assuming they're the right length, is there any reason I shouldn't go by a bike shop and pick up a set.<br /><br />Looks like it might be a cool way to upgrade the wires.<br /><br />Here's a picture of the wires I saw.<br /><br />

Accel are good stuff, probably better than the standard leads for longevity. However, you'll need to check the resistance of the leads against your old ones to make sure they are the same-not sure if an 88 merc has supression built in or if the Accel leads will have it either.
